Daniel Harshaw

About the attorney

A proud York County native, Daniel Harshaw has dedicated his legal career to serving the people of his home community. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Carolina in 2006, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009. 

Daniel’s practice covers a wide range of legal matters, including estate planning and estate litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, general civil litigation, corporate formation, and the purchase and sale of businesses. His clients appreciate his honest guidance, practical approach, and commitment to achieving results with integrity and professionalism. 

Beyond his legal work, Daniel is deeply involved in his community and active in his church. He has served as a deacon and currently serves as the clerk of session. Outside the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Jane, and their four daughters. Whether he’s helping clients navigate complex legal issues or coaching a youth team on the weekends, Daniel brings the same dedication and care to everything he does.
